Volunteering is the only way it would realistically happen - the club staff have too much to do at the moment.

LR Maggot did it for a while a few years back in return for a free seaon ticket, and with sponsorship a camera could be brought, you would hope.

But its iniatives such as these that the club really need to be looking at if we are really going to move forwards of the pitch. Online video, with the word spread through the clubs facebook page, would bring more people to this website, which if improved slightly could be a real tool in selling the clubs facilities and events to people that aren't necesserily aware at the moment.

The last Sunday league game I watched was filmed! It could be a good idea, the club wouldn’t have to go to the effort of editing highlights (unless there is a volunteer), and the video could be just for the use of the manager.

So many clubs even at this level seem to be filming their games nowadays. Is this something we could consider?

Funnily enough Fred and I were talking about this at the game. Think it's great we've got the option of keeping the players match fit/sharp and it's got to be good for Sam's confidence too. Without wishing to be an utter twunt though wasn't Wazza knocking them in for fun there before his few appearences for us where he's scored....0?!

FWIW though I thought he looked pretty good in his last 15 minutes on Saturday. He showed a few nice touches and, but for a couple of woeful passes by team mates, should have had some easy shots. Thought he'd created great space at times.

Oh, and the grief he gave that lad who handled in the box was hilarious. Wazza blasted the ball into the area and the fullback got in the way. The chap put his hand up to protect his face and failed on an epic scale. It should have been a pen in my view but at the very least the Braintree player played the rest of the game with a bright red ear. Wazza helped matters by reminding him he was a cheat at every opportunity!

That's not slagging the players off, you'll know when I'm doing that. Simply said it was a lack-lustre performance by both teams.

The players aren't the only ones who work or have long journeys either. I had to pay to see that as well .

And as for the defender blatantly pushing Groover and putting him off before he took his penalty.. some would say that's good defending... I just think it's cheating....

Good highlights though... looks like the pitch wasn't good for playing football on.

Love the two Dorch lads giving a 'commentary' in the second half. 'You'll never play for Weymouth!'

Can see why the players and Ash were so incensed about the second goal - a ridiculous decision by the referee in light of him getting in the way of play.

Thank god we don't have to play in a ground and atmosphere like that every week though!
My thoughts exactly. Its so frustrating that clubs like that are so high up in the league! I think 3mins 33 secs sort of sums up the day where their keeper tries to pass the ball up for the free kick

After work ,long journey certainly didnt " turn up" . This is not an excuse, but dont slag players off after one bad game. Still a lot of work to do. Some changes to be made.
Lots of re-evaluating players. Specially with next season in mind and new contracts.
